Refund Policy
At Social Seven Marketing, we strive to provide high-quality photography and videography services. We understand that plans can change, and we have outlined our refund policy below:
Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice: If you need to cancel your booking and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice: Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot.
• Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your shoot, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.
Completed Shoots
• Once a photography or videography session has been completed, no refunds will be issued. This includes instances where you are dissatisfied with the final product. However, we welcome feedback and will work with you to make reasonable revisions where applicable.
